The Diksha Guru is representative of Radha Madan Mohan,Shiksha Guru is compared to Radha Govinda.Radha Govinda are same as Radha Madhava.
So,in Krsna book Krsna is talking to his school friends ,Sudama Vipra.How important is to have a Guru that,Krsna is Guiding from within as Atar Yami and from without as Diksha and Shiksha Guru.
So,in this way Krsna is Guiding us ,because we are not so receptive,to hear him as Atar Yami.So,he guides from without as the Guru.

The month of Vaisakh started on 7th of April 2012 and will last till 6th of
May 2012.

Krishna says that of all months, Kartik is the best, but some of the Puranas
say that better than Kartik is Magha and better than Magha is Vaisakh. In
any case, Vaisakh is a special month to do some services like charity, japa,
bathing and rising early and worshiping the Lord. It is especially a blessed
month for doing charity and in general to increase one’s devotional service.
Of course if someone is already chanting sixteen rounds and attending mangal
aratik everyday and is generally fully engaged in devotional service, then
they get all benefits of all the months every month but if someone is not
fully vegetarian or not chanting or not chanting all sixteen rounds, then
this is a good month to chant some extra rounds, or give some extra charity
or do something extra. For example, they can commit to attend mangal artik
for a certain period this month.

We had the good fortune of celebrating Rama Navami festival in Mayapur and
were reminded how the Lord has come as Ramachandra to save His devotees and
to exhibit His wonderful pastimes. Ravana is compared to lust personified
because he was completely controlled by his lust. We should be careful. We
don’t want to be like Ravana, controlled by our material desires or lust,
rather we want to engage ourselves as the eternal servitors of Lord Krsna.
That is the great blessing which His Divine Grace, Abhay Charan
Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada has given us and by the mercy of Lord
Caitanya and Lord Nityananda, we can easily awaken our love for Krishna.
