Guru Maharaja’s Gaura Purnima message
My dear Diksa, Siksa, Sheltered, Aspiring disciples and well wishers,
Please accept my blessings. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I am writing to you on the occasion of the Gaurabda New Year. We have just
observed the Gaura Purnima Festival. It was an amazing event this year
because of the many different programs preceding the festival and during the
festival.The strategic planning committee had suggested to the GBC that they
invite all the ISKCON leaders. So the GBC invited the temple presidents,
regional secretaries, etc. from around the world to take part in the
meetings called as ILS (ISKCON Leaders Sangha). About four hundred had
come. So for seven days they attended GBC preliminary meetings and also a
variety of seminars on different subjects which the GBC sub-committees have
been working on.

Today is the last day of the Parikrama and all the groups would make it
back to the temple by afternoon. GM left the temple at 8 AM and headed to
Yogapith where the Hindi party were taking Darshan. After greeting the
Deities, GM spoke and thanked H.H. Radha Raman Maharaj for leading the
group and informed them of the Maha Milan (Where all the 4 groups would
meet), being held close by.

Guru Maharaja left from the temple at 8.45 am and headed to Chand Kazi
samadhi to meet the international devotees. But on our way, GM suddenly
stopped the car. He saw Chudamani mataji who was riding on one of those
flat bed ricksaw. Gm asked her where was she going and came to know she too
was on way to Chand Kazi samadhi.

temple at 8 AM and headed to Yogapith where the Hindi party were taking
