Diary of GM, Gaura Purnima festival
Dear Devotees,
Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga!
Guru Maharaja spent the Gaura Purnima festival in association of his
servants and loving disciples, mostly those who stay here assisting him in
his therapy and few of those who came only for this occassion. Guru Maharaja
participated in temple programs, yajna and abisheka to the Deity of Lord
Caitanya. After the speech of Svavas Prabhu, temple president of ISKCON LA,
Guru Maharaja gave morning Srimad Bhagavatam class in the temple that was
attended mostly by the community devotees. Guru Maharaja also gave the
evening class in the temple that was attended by many devotees, friends and
visitors. Guru Maharaja was talking about the glorious advent of Lord
Caitanya in this world. After class Guru Maharaja was participating in huge
and ecstatic kirtan surrounded by many devotees. Guru Maharaj was trying to
dance in all his capacity and that was the source of bliss for all devotees
around him. Although his legs and arms needed support for making a move, his
face and eyes were showing that his heart is dancing in the ocean of love
for Lord Caitanya and affection for the devotees. After that Guru Maharaja
went to honour prasadam in prasadam hall.
