Sata koti nama japa sankalpa on behalf of Guru Maharaja to Lord Narasimha
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada . All
glories to our dear Gurudeva HH Jayapataka Swami Maharaja.
Two years have passed, though our Guru Maharaja’s health is improving
gradually still progress is very very slow. Our Guru Maharaja is eagerly
waiting to recover as soon as possible so that he can continue his service
to Srila Prabhupada in full speed.
As all of us know Guru Maharaja’s recovery until now is progressing mainly
due to the prayers of devotees and the mercy of Lord Sri Krishna, JSSS
(Jayapataka Swami Sisya Samuh) has decided to take an initiative to perform
“Sata koti nama japa sankalpa” (Chanting one billion holy names).
In order to complete one billion names we need devotees to chant 578704
rounds. If devotees start chanting from the day of Gaura purnima Feb 28th
until the day before Narasimha Caturdasi which is May 25th they will get 87
days. Thus if approximately 2000 devotees chant at least 4 rounds every day
then we can complete this ” Sata koti nama japa sankalpa”.
We do not know exactly how many devotees will enroll for this program. We
request as many as devotees to enroll with this program by chanting at least
4 malas per day. And at the same time they can try to chant as many more
rounds as possible so that if there is any short fall of numbers of devotees
to chant that will adjust.
We request devotees to keep record of their chanting every day and then send
us a report. Send your name and how many rounds completed. We need from now
devotees interested with this program to enroll their name as soon as
possible so that we know how many devotees are there ready to participate
with this program. It will be more better if different yatra where there
are good numbers of devotees initiated by Guru maharaj can co ordinate among
them selves and send us report.
Please send your name and contact information to enroll your name to
